DWeLo Enterprises was created to write books suitable for young readers Pre-K –2nd grade. Our stories are presented in a way that will hold children’s interest and build their cultural awareness. Our books are written with a multi-sensory approach in mind from the fine art illustrations to the story in song.
Our first project is a series of children’s books entitled “We Were Always There.” This series focuses on the contributions and accomplishments of African American Heroes. | | |
The first book in this series is Bridget “Biddy” Mason: A Walking Sensation. We have chosen to begin with a history series, because we believe that in order to better appreciate where we are, we need to know the history of where we have been.
